The nearest port is Piombino, where there are different ferry companies:
To arrive to th port: 1) Motorway Genoa-Livorno, exit at Rosignano.
Continue on the Livorno–Grosseto highway until Venturina. From there it is just
a few minutes drive to Piombino. 2) Motorway
Bologna–Florence–Pisa–Livorno, exit at Rosignano. Continue on the
Livorno–Grosseto highway until Venturina, and then it is just 15 km to the port
of Piombino. 3) Motorway Rome–Grosseto, continue on the Aurelia Road until the
exit Venturina–Isola d'Elba.

Elba Island by Train: Florence station -> Campiglia Station, on the
railway line Genoa–Roma, there are connections to Piombino Marittima Station
-> ferry to Portoferraio (Elba port).
Departing from Elba Island tourists can find ferries to the other islands of the
Tuscan Sea Park. Suggested excursion to Pianosa Island with pure sea and a
wondeful panorama.

Also near Pisa tourists can find beautiful coasts and beaches for relaxing
