Chianti wine of Tuscany
The classical Chianti may be composed since of 90% Sangiovese and 10%
Canaiolo. It has a red ruby, velvety and elegant colour with a persistent
ending. Stalks are softly removed from grapes and the maceration lasts at least
12 days, then it is transferred in small barriques where it remains foa some
months for then to be bottled and refined for other months before being
introduced on the market.
